Willie Robert Fulmer, age 83, of Fayette, passed away August 8, 2012. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, at New Chapel Methodist Church. Burial to follow in adjoining cemetery. Family will recieve friends one hour prior to the service.
