Billy Fowler, age 64, of Fayette, passed away January 10, 2013.  Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, at Nelson Funeral Home.  Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. prior to the service.  Burial to follow in Fayette Memorial Garden.
