Brooks Ary, age 83, of Hubbertville, passed away February 2, 2013.  Funeral will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, at Nelson Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in New Liberty Freewill Baptist Cemetery.  Family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m..
