Billy Channell, age 66, of Fayette, passed away March 30, 2013.  Funeral will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, at Nelson Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  Family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m..
