Gene Watkins, age 59, of Fayette, passed away March 14, 2013.  Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, at Norwood Chapel Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in Concord Cemetery.  Family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m..
