James Pender, age 71, of Fayette, passed away May 26, 2013. Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Nelson Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in El Bethel-Buncomb Cemetery (Tuscaloosa County).  Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. till noon prior to the service.
