Joe Whitley, age 80, of Northport, formerly of Fayette, passed away January 23, 2014. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
