Racheal Fowler, age 37, of Fayette, passed away January 30, 2017. Funeral will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, at Cedar Grove Church. Burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. till noon prior to the service at Nelson Funeral Home.
