Lila Downey, age 86, of Carbon Hill, passed away February 15, 2017. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pea Ridge Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
