Cecil Pendley, of Fayette County, passed away March 17, 2017. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in El Bethel Buncomb Cemetery. Family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
