Francis Carroll, age 92, of Fayette, passed away March 31, 2017. Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Fayette City Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
