Ted Hallmark, age 84, of Decatur, formerly of Fayette, passed away October 07, 2019. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
