Julia Judy Gartman Young, age 69, of Northport, passed away December 11, 2019. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. Body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
