Patsy B. Mundi

Patsy B. Mundi, age 73, of Gulf Shores, Alabama passed away April 01, 2020. Patsy was born and grew up in Birmingham where she received her education at West End High School and graduated from the University Hospital School of Nursing. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed quilting, sewing cooking and sharing recipes. She loved painting ceramics, collecting antiques and watching John Wayne movies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ina Lucile and Hugh Jefferson Brown. She is survived by one sister, Dorothy Davis; her husband of fifty-three years, Charles (Tony) Mundi; three daughters, Paula Marie Mundi, Lisa Renee Hankins (Scott), Valerie Michele Moore (Kevin) and one son Charles (Tony) Mundi, II; grandson, William (Nathan) Starnes; granddaughters, Alyssa Brooke Starns, Holly Michelle Moore, Angel M. Mundi, and Sara Renee Moore. And a host of nieces and nephews. Her career included thirty-five years of dedicated nursing as she retired from Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She will be laid to rest in Fayette, Alabama at a private service for immediate family.
