Frank Dobbs, age 75, of Fayette, passed away October 18, 2020. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pisgah-Chapel Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
