James Shorty Bills, age 70, of Fayette, passed away October 18, 2020. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
