Timothy Billups, age 34, of Fayette, passed away December 16, 2020. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. Body will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
