Mildred Wharton, age 84, of Vernon, passed away November 19, 2021. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Springhill Baptist Church (Millport). Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
