Richard R.D. Swindle, age 83, of Fayette, passed away April 2, 2022. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
