Billy Ray Feltman, age 63, of Berry, passed away October 19, 2022. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1:30 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
