Jewel Phillips, age 93, of Carbon Hill, passed away March 21, 2023. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, at Nelson Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
